Yölintu ja RNO – Isoissa Valoissa
Two stars of the Finnish music scene join forces to perform in Isoissa valoissa (In the Spotlight), following popular demand!
The idea of working together had been brewing independently within both Yölintu and RNO for quite some time. Finally, thanks in part to a few fortunate coincidences, both sides revealed their secret wishes, and preparations for a joint tour got underway.
Founded in 1992, Yölintu is renowned for its unique stage energy and has established itself as one of Finland’s most popular live acts. The band’s numerous recordings have also found a special place in the hearts of Finnish music lovers.
RNO (Riku Niemi Orchestra), founded in 2005 by conductor Riku Niemi, has likewise earned a reputation as a highly respected performer and entertainer. Throughout its history, RNO’s performances and tours across Finland have enjoyed great popularity and become an integral part of the Finnish music scene.
On this joint tour, audiences can enjoy the most popular songs and numbers from both acts, featuring arrangements specially tailored for Isoissa valoissa. And it should come as no surprise that a few surprises may be in store as well…
The performance is in Finnish.
