ARTTU WISKARI – Suomi Finland prkl Concert Hall Tour
Arttu Wiskari returns to concert halls after a break of almost five years!
Finnish singer-songwriter Arttu Wiskari will embark on a concert hall tour in January 2027, following the release of his new album Suomi Finland prkl at the end of November. The concerts will feature songs from across Wiskari’s career, including fan favourites and requested tracks, performed with a large live band. Arttu Wiskari will take the stage at Promenadisali on 30 January 2027.
The Suomi Finland prkl concert hall tour celebrates Wiskari’s new album, released on 27 November 2026. In addition to its powerful title track, the album features previously unreleased songs and streaming hits that have already achieved gold and platinum status, including Elämän kova koulu, Monaco and AAAA.
The tour promises an exceptionally extensive selection of songs from throughout Wiskari’s career.
“Although the tour takes its name from my new album, it will offer a much broader look at my career than any of my previous shows. We’ll hear songs from the beginning, middle and present day of my career, as well as many tracks that fans have requested but that we haven’t always had time to perform at festivals,” says Arttu Wiskari.
For the tour, Wiskari will bring together a larger band than usual. The expanded line-up allows for a wide variety of musical arrangements, with a few surprises also planned for selected venues. All the music will be performed live, with no backing tracks.
The focus is firmly on the music, the songs and the stories told through their lyrics.
“These shows will be full of joy, laughter, surprises and stories behind the songs that have never been told before. I’ve reached a point in my career where I finally understand what performing is all about. These concerts won’t follow any set formula — each one will be unique. Come and join us!” Wiskari says.
Wiskari last toured concert halls in 2022, with a tour connected to his 2020 album Suomen muotoisen pilven alla. His previous studio album, the Christmas-themed Varpunen tuulikaapissa, was released in 2024. To date, Wiskari has released six studio albums.
His career began in 2011 with his self-titled debut album Arttu Wiskari, which produced hit songs such as Mökkitie and Tuntematon potilas. Over the years, Wiskari has also become a familiar face on Finnish television, appearing in programmes including The Voice of Finland, Tähdet, tähdet and Vain elämää.
Please note: The concert will be performed in Finnish.
